I started making tea blends many years ago. I studied with an herbalist back in 2013, learned how to find plants in the wild, how to use them as medicine, and how they can be used for physical, as well as energetic/emotional, healing. This was a time of my life that truly changed me.
From, what began as, making experimental tea blends for my friends and family, ended up with me falling in love with the process of intuitively, and very intentionally, building tea blends.
